Background
MemorialCare needed to reduce reliance on the licensed Rotera application, which was widely used across the organization but costly to maintain and visually inconsistent with MemorialCare’s brand. Our team set out to create Sidekick, a fully branded desktop application with MemorialCare’s design system, internal database integration, and a modern user experience that could eventually replace Rotera altogether.
MemorialCare needed to reduce reliance on the licensed Rotera application, which was widely used across the organization but costly to maintain and visually inconsistent with MemorialCare’s brand. Our team set out to create Sidekick, a fully branded desktop application with MemorialCare’s design system, internal database integration, and a modern user experience that could eventually replace Rotera altogether.
